Anglesia Lambert (MSN, RN, RNC-OB, C-EFM)

Core Faculty

Ms. Lambert is core faculty for the Redemptive Childbirth℠ program and brings deep labor and delivery expertise to the areas of safety, clinical awareness, and emergency preparedness for non-clinical birth workers. Her instruction strengthens doulas’ ability to recognize urgent concerns, communicate clearly, and guide families toward timely medical support when needed.

She trains doulas to understand labor onset and progression, identify early warning signs across pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, and respond with structured, calm action—while staying within the doula scope of practice.

Session focus includes: early warning signs and emergency response steps; CPR/first aid training elements; labor onset, induction considerations, stages of labor, and practical risk awareness tools for client education and support.
